She has undergone extensive postgraduate studies in the areas of Personal Trainer and Pilates.
Before moving to Australia 2015, Leila taught group running classes and private Pilates lessons.
Here in Australia, she had a chance to combine all together, whether you’re training solo or attending group classes, Leila offers individual experience focusing on your needs and goals.
She is passionate about helping and empowering women to exercise safe during pregnancy and after birth. Through the LPF technique she will bring out the importance of breathing and alignment to strive pelvic floor issues, back pain, abdominal separation, stress or urge incontinence and prolapse.
Leila truly believes the movement is the key to strength body and mind, and that has direct impact in your quality of life.
