Charlotte’s journey began at Pulse in late 2020, where she worked as an admin. However, her passion for health and fitness led her to discover a love for Pilates. She then started her Pilates training with Polestar and In 2022 were she ventured into instructing at various studios, eventually finding her niche at Postura in 2023.
Charlotte has a very creative approach to her sessions always incorporating different exercise routines and blending fitness with a more traditional pilates style. Charlotte also fosters a deep appreciation for low-pressure fitness, she has studied the LPF method and that technique gives her a specialty in working with the deep core muscles, pelvic floor and breathing.
Concurrently, she Is pursuing her academic interest in health by studying nutrition and dietetics at QUT. further enriching her journey in promoting holistic well-being.
